We are looking for a combination of a trainer and a member relationships coordinator. Someone who has an unstoppable drive to grow a studio, feels comfortable making calls, is a fitness lover, can run outdoor/indoor bootcamps and track events, helps organizing them, has strong customer service skills and is an overall self-driven person.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand all key performance sales indicators for our studios, including membership sales/renewals, maximizing workout traffic and maintaining premium customer service levels; attend all appropriate in-town and out-of-town educational events at company's expense
- Organize track events and bootcamps
- Build strong relationships with F45 members, corporate businesses and local businesses
- Conduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
- Work collaboratively with the studio managers to manage the studio, ensuring smooth and cohesive operations
- Strategize on methods to increase daily lead flow
- Drive client referral program
Qualifications:
- Personal Trainer Certified
- 1-year previous sales experience, preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
- Positive and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyone
- Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and Loyalsnap
